This starts by getting your financials reconciled, your reporting accurate, and understand your processes. Your financial core financial metrics will be stored in a shared Google drive. They will help drive the decisions you make day to day. We will encourage sound financial practices like paying off your business credit card each month, limiting personal liability, and using timing to improve your businesses cash flow.

Tangible things you can expect from us as it relates to our monthly bookkeeping plan would be:

• A monthly email sharing your core financial metrics

• Logging of transactions in your accounting software each month

• Screen recordings or meetings to help you better understand your financial statements

• Frequent email and text communication

• Assistance with Sales tax reporting and other federal and state compliance items

• Preparation of annual financial statements

• Monthly reconciliations of your business bank and credit card accounts

• Process creation to improve business cash flows
